At HijabBloom, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 4 to 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, washing, or improper handling.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements.


Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 4 to 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or through an agreed alternative method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • A different size or color is requested (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 to 3 days of receiving the order.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, HijabBloom will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For customer-initiated returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
